We’ll arrange delivery at a convenient time once your booking is confirmed and provide clear transport costs upfront.

All plant is inspected, cleaned and checked before leaving us to ensure it’s ready for safe use. Please let us know about any site access restrictions in advance, such as narrow access or locked gates. We’ll also need confirmation that the correct insurance is in place.

When your equipment arrives, we’ll make sure you’re happy with the basic operation before we leave.

Collection

Collection is booked at the time of hire. If your project runs over, just let us know and we’ll rearrange.

Before collection, please ensure the machine is accessible and refuelled. A fuel charge may apply if tanks are not topped up.
